By Colin Kellaher60 Degrees Pharmaceuticals shares tumbled to an all-time low Tuesday after the drugmaker said it was raising $2.4 million in a dilutive equity offering. The Washington company said the offering includes 5.26 million units, each consisting of one share and a warrant to buy another share, at a price of 38.5 cents, well below Monday's closing price of 51.7 cents.
