A 61-year-old man is dead following a hit-and-run at a crosswalk in Scarborough Wednesday morning. Speaking to reporters at the scene, Toronto Police spokesperson Sgt. Brett Moore said the man was crossing St. Clair Ave. E. at Jeanette St. shortly after 7 a.m. when he was hit.
