Meanwhile, a housewife, whose name is yet to be known, was yesterday apprehended by men of the Osun State police command for possessing human parts. The woman was said to have been caught with human hands in Ikire, the headquarters of Irewole Local Government Area of the state. Odoro said the suspect concealed the hands in a bag and that she was arrested following intelligence report. She said the Commissioner of Police in the state, Johnson Kokumo, has ordered police detectives to ensure proper investigation into the matter. Kokumo said the woman committed a criminal offence for being in possession of the human part and that she would face the law.
