IT changes bring growth and opportunity to a company, including new tools to solve problems and new hardware to handle increasing workloads. However these changes can also bring new challenges, such as coping with infrastructure costs, software training and database migrations. Below, nine members from the Forbes Technology Council talk frankly about the headaches they foresee their tech departments facing this year, along with how they intend to overcome the problems. To solve it, we are using technology to build a multi-touch attribution model looking at the activities of all these teams. We are working with more outsourced talent that is helping take over various IT projects to speed our platform expansion.
