An elaborate penthouse in a building designed by Rosario Candela—one of the architect’s only residences built outside of New York City—is going on the market for $24.5 million. It is believed to be the highest-priced co-op in Chicago, said listing agent Mark Icuss, adding that this is the first time the home has been on the market in 45 years.
