Onesip Coffee, on Haštalská in the Old Town, is the best place to start the day (Haštalská 755/15; onesip.coffee). There are fabulous works here from Prague’s 14th-century Golden Age, but while it’s an easy 10-minute stroll from the Old Town Square, I always find it practically deserted.
