My story begins with a pair of Luohan fish that my mum thought would be a nice change for the tank in our living room. These qualities made the Luohan a much-sought-after fish at one point for it was believed to bring good luck. Despite that knowledge, mum decided to get a Luohan one day. Since Luohan fish prefer their own personal space, sharing an aquarium spells disaster. That was the first and last time that we decided to rear Luohan fish.
