A magnitude 3.7 earthquake was reported Saturday afternoon at 2:06 p.m. Pacific time two miles from Calexico, Calif., according to the U.S. Geological Survey. The earthquake occurred three miles from El Centro, Calif., seven miles from Imperial, Calif., 17 miles from Brawley, Calif. and 45 miles from San Luis, Ariz. The earthquake occurred at a depth of 7.2 miles. Earlier on Saturday, a magnitude 3.0 earthquake was reported at 7:48 a.m. Pacific time one mile from Calexico, according to the U.S. Geological Survey, hours after a magnitude 4.1 earthquake nearby. The earthquake occurred three miles from El Centro, seven miles from Imperial, 16 miles from Brawley and 44 miles from San Luis, Ariz.
