Stoke-on-Trent City Council worker Malachy Dozie Mbah died at the scene of the collision between a grey Jaguar he was driving and a white MAN lorry. ‌In a statement, his loved ones said: "Malachy was the gentle centre of our family; a man of integrity, kindness and unwavering generosity. ‌"A dedicated professional, he was well-regarded and respected by his colleagues at Stoke-on-Trent City Council. ‌Police and paramedics had been sent to the crash close to junction 16 for the M6 at 4.35am on February 14.
