Early elimination of AC Milan, one of the most successful Italian football clubs, from the UEFA Europa League after failing to draw with Olympiacos last week, proved costly. Now the club, which plays at the San Siro and shares with Inter Milan, will have €12 million (c.$13.56 million) of its UEFA revenues from the 2018/19 UEFA Europa League withheld. Financial Fair PlayBut Milan is not alone. Another loss was sustained in 2007 of €32 million, followed by 2008’s net loss of €77 million, and net loss of €19 million (even though they sold Kaká). The following years - 2010 saw a net loss of €65 million; 2011 a net loss of €67.334 million; 2012 a net loss of €6.857 million and 2013 a net loss of €15.7 million.
