In Division 1A, Lansdowne strengthened their hold on third spot with an impressive 31-19 win over Clontarf at the Aviva Stadium back pitch. Ballynahinch were in sparkling form in Ballymacarn Park, beating Old Belvedere 38-12. Young Munster claimed a valuable 22-20 away win over St Mary’s College but missed out on the top four. Terenure College also produced a statement result, defeating Cork Constitution 21-5 at Lakelands Park, with Griffin Culver, Luke Clohessy and Will Hickey all crossing as they hold fourth spot going into the final week of play. Railway Union made it 15 wins in a row with a commanding 39-0 win over Old Belvedere.
