Awami League Central Committee member Akhtaruzzaman made the remark while addressing the press after a meeting between an Awami League delegation and the Election Commission on Tuesday. He said: "We have lodged our complaint against Jatiya Oikya Front, and BNP-Jamaat men as they are attacking and harassing our supporters and activists across the country. "Jatya Oikya Front and BNP-Jamaat cadres have continued their attacks on Awami League leaders and supporters. Akteruzzaman further said: "BNP-Jamaat cadres are now committing sabotage and causing disruption, to blame Awami League with false accusations. "We also demanded that strong measures be taken by the Election Commission to prevent such forgery," he added.
