The All Progressives Congress (APC) in Zamfara State has said it was deeply saddened by the sudden death of Hajiya Hauwa’u, wife of the former Deputy Governor, Mallam Ibrahim Wakkala Muhammad. In a statement issued by the APC Publicity Secretary, Yusuf Idris, the party said Hajiya Hauwa’u died at a private hospital in Abuja. “The party prays that Allah Subhaanahu Wa Ta’ala forgives all her sins, grants her Jannatul Firdaus, and gives her immediate family, especially her husband, His Excellency Mallam Ibrahim Wakkala Muhammad—the fortitude to withstand this irreplaceable loss. ALSO READ: Port operators halt capital investment as concession renewal delays“The party also extends its condolences to the people of Zamfara State, particularly the Gusau Emirate, former governors Abdul’aziz Yari Abubakar and Bello Mohammed Matawalle Maradun, as well as the APC family,” the statement said. Late Hajiya Hauwa’u Ibrahim Wakkala Muhammad was buried on Sunday in Gusau, in accordance with Islamic rites.
