An explosive 'icon' of taekwondo, Cook (pictured here in 2011) is still chasing his dream of Olympic goldAaron Cook remembers the tears in his eyes as he thinks back to that historic day for British taekwondo: 9 August 2012. GB Taekwondo insisted the "door always remained open" for Cook to return. At the time Cook's camp believed his decision to leave the GB Taekwondo set-up must have been a factor, something the selectors and management were at pains to deny.
