Syed Azizul Huq, chairman of DU’s Bangla Department, confirmed the matter to Dhaka Tribune on Wednesday. Razia Rahman Jolly, senior medical officer of the university and publisher at Jagriti Prokashony, congratulated Abul Kashem Fazlul Haque, her father-in-law, on the appointment via a Facebook post.
