He was refunded the £11.47 cost of the McChicken meal and a Chicken Legend meal, reports StaffordshireLive. Now McDonald's has said sorry to the dad-of-one after 'falling short' of its 'high standards'. "I thought I was very measured in returning the food and contacting the Food Standards Agency. "We understand the customer is currently in contact with our customer services team which has requested the item to be sent in for further investigation.”
