(CNN) Rep. Adam Kinzinger, a Republican from Illinois who has been a strong critic of former President Donald Trump , announced in a video Friday morning he is not running for reelection. GOP Rep. Anthony Gonzalez of Ohio, who also voted to impeach Trump, announced last month his plans to leave Congress. Because of Illinois redistricting after the 2020 census, GOP Rep. Darin LaHood and Kinzinger's district would be in the same district, according to an updated map released hours earlier Friday. He is the 10th House Republican to announce their intention to leave the House at the end of the term, compared to 14 Democrats in the chamber. "I think if we're going to be in charge, and pushing conspiracy, and pushing division, and pushing lies, then the Republican party should not have the majority."
