Ademola Babalola, a correspondent of the Fresh FM, Abeokuta, has emerged the Chairman of the National Union of Journalists (NUJ), Oyo State Council. Babalola polled a total of 176 votes to defeat his opponent, the incumbent chairman, Adewunmi Faniran, of the Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria (FRCN), who polled only six votes.
