The trailer of the much-anticipated film Adipurush starring Prabhas, Kriti Sanon and Saif Ali Khan was released by makers recently and it has been creating a lot of buzz. Adipurush is mythological film based on the Hindu epic, 'Ramayana', but this isn't the only one. There are many Hindi movies that have been inspired by the Hindu epic Ramayana. Sampoorna Ramayana (1961)This movie is a retelling of the entire Ramayana, from the birth of Lord Rama to his victory over Ravana. Adipurush (2023)Om Raut's directorial Adipurush, is the latest movie based on Ramayana.
