Photo: Bangladesh Parliament facebook pageDHAKA, Mar 25, 2026 (BSS)- The adjourned meeting of the first session of the special committee formed by the Jatiya Sangsad was held today at the Jatiya Sangsad Bhaban today. Committee Chairman Jainal Abedin chaired the meeting. The meeting discussed in detail a wide range of the ordinances promulgated by the interim government. The committee decided to examine the necessity and relevance of the ordinances and place a report before the Jatiya Sangsad at the earliest. Secretary of the Jatiya Sangsad Secretariat Kaniz Mowla, Secretary of the Ministry of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, and secretaries of different ministries concerned, among other officials, were present.
