It offers many of the features of the Microsoft version, including battery-powered wireless operation, pressure sensitivity, palm rejection and shortcut buttons. But at $44.99, the Adonit Ink is priced to be almost an impulse buy, instead of an accessory you’d likely only pick up if you had a specific need for it. Look and FeelAdonit went for a similar look and form factor as the Surface Pen --that is to say, it looks and feels like an upscale ballpoint pen. The barrel is made of metal so it feels solid, and it’s painted in matte colors (my review unit was black).
