The UN’s special rapporteur for Afghanistan, Richard Bennett, said on social media that he was “dismayed” by fresh reports of “Pakistan air strikes” in Afghanistan resulting in civilian casualties. The most recent round of attacks began in late February, when Pakistan launched a series of air strikes on border villages.
