After apprehending the suspect Monday in a fatal weekend shooting of four people at a Nashville-area Waffle House, authorities are looking into how he reacquired weapons, including a semiautomatic rifle, that were legally taken from him last year. Metro Nashville Police Lt. Carlos Lara said his officers confronted Mr. Reinking in the woods and drew weapons on him. In a backpack, Mr. Reinking had a gun and a flashlight, police said.
