Seven of the companies that provided data on their racial justice commitments refused to outline how much they had already spent. The analysis shows that public companies are devoting the most resources to promoting upward economic mobility for Black people, through increased opportunities for homeownership, entrepreneurship and education. Google is donating $50 million to historically Black colleges and universities to increase Black representation in the tech sector.
