The final death toll is not known, but this shooting is already the deadliest mass shooting in the history of the United States. It is not impossible to discuss radical Islam, terrorism, threats to the LGBT community and gun violence at the same time. While details are still scarce, Orlando quickly gave both sides reason to shout. Appreciate the congrats for being right on radical Islamic terrorism, I don't want congrats, I want toughness & vigilance. But this is the rare mass shooting that quickly led to both sides pushing their political priorities.
