Libya’s state National Oil Corporation (NOC) announced Wednesday that its subsidiary, Ras Lanuf Company, exported from its ethylene plant its first shipment of ‘carbon-four mixture’. The shipment of 6,000 tons, destined to China, is the first after a 12-year hiatus. The NOC said the export shipment enhances Libya’s position among the petrochemical exporting countries in the world and contributes to the advancement of the national economy.
