Dr. Joana Manatlao-Limos, municipal health officer said “the ash fall we experienced on Monday night was the worst compared to the previous ash fall since Mt. Mayon erupted.”She said if ash is inhaled, the respiratory system would be greatly affected which might lead to illnesses.
