Yesterday, Spanish Apple rumor site Applesfera said that Apple has set a date for the release of the next version of AirPods. That’s because the current AirPods will vanish on March 28 according to Applesfera’s sources. So, it would make sense that the easier part of the equation, a wireless-chargeable case for the current AirPods, would be released on the same day. There’s that extra thing, the bit in the iOS beta which suggests hands-free Siri is on its way.
