Share:In the backdrop of political upheaval in Balochistan, Balochistan National Party (BNP-M) chief Sardar Akhtar Mengal and Balochistan president of Jamiat Ulema-e Islam Abdul Wasay have agreed to support the disgruntled ruling MPs in their efforts to table a no-confidence motion against Chief Minister Jam Kamal Khan. An important meeting was held between Mengal and Wasay on Wednesday during which they deliberated on the political situation in the province and agreed to support the estranged parliamentarians in efforts to oust Khan. They decided to establish contacts with the opposition parliamentary members and estranged MPs. On the other hand, the estranged MPs have issued an ultimatum to Khan to tender his resignation until 6:00 pm today or else they will use all other options including a no-trust motion. The opposition and estranged MPs alliance once again have put their heads together to find a way to remove Khan.
