The Port Chalmers musician, who has just returned from her second European tour, released her second album, Preservation, last Friday before playing two shows in Dunedin at the end of the month. Interviewed via email while in Europe, Reid said she "couldn't be happier'' to be releasing her second album. Her European shows had gone "really well'', attracting bigger crowds than her tour last year, and received a "nice response'', she said. Support would be from fellow Dunedin band the Broken Heartbreakers, who were the "best band in New Zealand''. The shows, on March 30 and 31, will also feature Reid with a full band, a first for Dunedin audiences.
