Tottenham defender Micky van de Ven had rushed over in a desperate attempt to block a shot from Alexander Isak. The Liverpool striker was too quick, firing into the corner to open the scoring at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. While Isak came away with a goal, he also faces an extended period on the sidelines after being injured in the process. Or was there a case for a red card to Van de Ven? As Isak scored there is obviously no case for a penalty.
