According to a study of all 62 National Parks across the U.S. by online travel startup Tourlane, travel experts found Yosemite to be the overall most popular national park amongst travelers followed by Yellowstone, Joshua Tree in California and Big Bend National Park in Texas. “National parks offer visitors a chance to escape crowded cities, while still being easily accessible by car from major population centers.”If you miss out this weekend, the next free entrance day will be held on November 11th in honor of Veterans Day according to the NPS website.
