The rest of the residents from Evelyn Grove Manor are moving back in today. As a result of the breakage, staff cut power to the building, leaving residents without electricity. Marc Belliveau with the Red Cross says power is back on and the elevators are running, so all residents have been allowed to come back. The Red Cross worked with the Department of Social Development throughout the weekend to make sure everyone was taken care of. Now the Red Cross is spending the day at Evelyn Grove Manor, helping people get situated.
