FORT RAMON MAGSAYSAY, Nueva Ecija — An alleged rebel leader from Kalinga province surrendered to the military in Mountain Province on Saturday, May 21. Jerome Calsiyao, alias “Dennis,” a native of Tinglayan town in Kalinga, surrendered to troops under the Philippine Army’s 69th Infantry Battalion and personnel from police’s 1st Mountain Province Provincial mobile force company.
