September 02, 2017 at 11:06 amOperatives of the Philippine National Police (PNP) have killed an alleged top drug dealer in Western Visayas. Richard Prevendido was killed at past 8 pm on Friday in an alleged shootout with police. The incident took place in Landheights Subdivision in Barangay Balabago, Jaro District, Iloilo City. Marlon Tayapa says, police were supposed to serve the warrant of arrest for Prevendido. A bounty worth P 1.1 million was previously raised for any information leading to the alleged drug lord's arrest.
