ANGELES CITY – A total of 160,582 or 49.5 percent of the target population here have so far been been fully vaccinated against COVID-19, the city government announced. ADVERTISEMENTThe city government intends to inoculate at least 70 percent of its 462,928 total population based on the 2020 census. On Saturday, this city registered 42 new COVID-19 cases, 65 recoveries and two deaths. Since the onset of the pandemic last year, it has recorded a total of 12,184 COVID-19 cases, 11,018 recoveries and 491 deaths. The active COVID-19 cases stood at 675 as of Saturday.
