Amanda, who celebrated her 55th birthday this week, has been a judge on the show since it began in 2007. Back in 2020, she revealed ITV bossed had installed a 't*t committee' to judge if dresses are too revealing as she sparked 235 Ofcom complaints for her plunging gown. 'I'm always asked about the Ofcom complaints, but every outfit on the show is checked before I leave my dressing room, so I'm never worried. It is not the first time Amanda has defended her fashion choices on the talent competition after coming under fire from some viewers. The judge, who was 48 at the time, opted for a sheer dress which showed off plenty of flesh and was branded 'inappropriate' by viewers.
