In October 2023, Moses Jitoboh sued. On that day of the judgment, Ambakina Moses Jitoboh was in his 16th day in the morgue. It was the ultimate tribute to the memory of Ambakina Moses Jitoboh, the police officer who refused to accept injustice for an answer.
