It’s calling for an end to what it calls ‘the dark stain on the world’s conscience’. A new report says government forces surrounded and bombed densely-populated, opposition-controlled areas. The report condemns not only the Syrian government but also some armed opposition groups. Al Jazeera’s Osama Bin Javaid reports from the Turkish town of Gaziantep, close to the border with Syria.
