Andre Onana in talks over permanent Man United exit - with exiled goalkeeper eyeing return to former club this summer

Andre Onana could be handed the opportunity to return to Inter Milan from Manchester United this summer after his agents held talks with the Serie A club. He is currently on loan at Trabzonspor in Turkey after losing his place as United No1 to Senne Lammens when the Belgian moved from Royal Antwerp in September. It persuaded United to buy him for £47.2million, but they decided on a change of goalkeeper due to his inconsistent form over two seasons. It’s understood that Onana still owns a property in Milan, although wages could be a stumbling block. Onana was given a pay rise when he joined Trabzonspor from United once it became clear that he could not stay as back-up to Lammens.
