Asked whether he had held discussions with Klopp’s successor, Robertson replied: ‘No, I’ve not spoken to him yet. The squad is in a good place, we had a good season in the Champions League. The squad is in a really good place and the manager will come in and recruit a really good squad and I’m sure he’ll want to bring in some new faces as well.
