(You won’t need a new iPhone to get Screen Time; as part of iOS 12, it will be available soon for all devices currently running iOS 11.) Apple’s Screen Time for iOS 12 allows you to set time limits on certain apps, but they’re easy to override. Apple’s Screen Time provides a daily and weekly overview of your iPhone or iPad usage. You can put your iPhone in grayscale by going to Settings > General > Accessibility > Display Accommodations > Color Filters > Grayscale.
