Apple call centre comes to Wellington's Old Bank ArcadeROSS GIBLIN / FAIRFAX NZ Wellington's Old Bank Arcade is home to an Apple call centre. A Wellington call centre is fielding customer service calls for IT tech giant Apple, according to property investment managers at JLL. JLL chief operating officer Mark Grant said at a Property NZ meeting that call centre company Concentrix had leased office space in the Old Bank Arcade in the central city. Concentrix has already been advertising IT support jobs at the Old Bank Arcade on Lambton Quay. Four months ago, a job was listed on Jora for a technical support specialist in the Old Bank Arcade that said "experience supporting Apple products" was an advantage to applicants.
