Leading from the headThose who lead from the head are unemotional and impersonal. They are not interested in building a relationship; their focus is to make the organisation better and improve its performance as well as the bottom line. Between the heart and the headExperts are divided over which of these two options is better; is it more rewarding for an organisation to have leaders who lead from the heart or to have those who lead from the head? Irrespective of the personality trait of a leader, combining the two will work better than just holding on to either.
