Dinajpur District and Sessions Judge Aziz Ahmed Bhuiyan passed the order after considering the charge sheet into after on Tuesday. The court ordered police to arrest the accused produced them before it on the day it fixed. The list includes Barapukuria Coal Mine ex-MDs Md Mahbubur Rahman, Md Abdul Aziz Khan, Khurshid Alam, Kamruzzaman, Md Anisuzzaman, SM Nurun Auranzeb, Habib Uddin Ahmed, and 16 others. The Anti-Corruption Commission also formed a three-member probe committee to look into the matter.
