According to France Football, Arsenal have gone after Kevin Malcuit on transfer deadline day. Arsenal signed Denis Suarez from Barcelona today and are keen to strengthen further. The right-back had been earmarked as a stand-in for Hector Bellerin, who is out for the rest of the season. But Serie A side Napoli do not want to let him go this late in the transfer window. France Football claim club president Aurelio de Laurentiis has rejected Arsenal’s approach and wants to keep the club in lockdown so no other players leave.
