The higher secondary category moved to a close finish after completion of 83 events, with Thiruvananthapuram North ahead at 311 points closely pursued by Thiruvananthapuram South (294), and Attingal (286). Palode was leading the UP and HS Sanskrit categories while Attingal led the UP Arabic category. Among schools, St. Theresa’s Convent Girls Higher Secondary School, Neyyattinkara, was leading the UP general category with 34 points. In the HS general category, New Higher Secondary School, Nellimood, was in the lead with 99 points while Carmel English Medium Girls Higher Secondary School, Vazhuthacaud, led the HSS category with 101 points.
