During the pandemic, manufacturers have increasingly seen the value of software and tools, such as Parsable’s, to keep workers safe. Parsable’s revenue surpassed $10 million last year, double the previous year, as it signed on customers who pay more than $1 million apiece. “One of the things that Covid has done is highlighted that frontline workers need digital tools,” Whittle says.
