Mikal Watts launched an advertising blitz aimed at securing clients who had lost homes and family members in fires sparked by PG&E equipment. He wound up representing some 16,000 fire victims, more than anyone else, after organizing town-hall meetings in which he pitched his firm, Watts Guerra LLP.
