Photo: Andrew Batt--Ascot United are just 90 minutes from Wembley after defeating West Didsbury and Chorlton 4-3 on penalties to march on to the semi-finals of the FA Vase. This afternoon (Monday) they were drawn away to Corsham Town of the Hellenic Premier Division as they look to book their place in the final at Wembley. Congleton Town will host Newport Pagnell Town in the other semi-final with those matches set to take place on Saturday, April 1. West Didsbury pressed om with Benjamin Elliott glancing a header narrowly wide. They then held their nerve in front of a vociferous home support to win the shoot-out.
